We’ve Got Your First Look At Cobra Kai S6, Along With Its Release Date
Back in January, we told you that Netflix renewed Cobra Kai for a sixth and final season. At the time, we didn’t know much about the upcoming season, or when it was going to be released on the streaming service. But now, we have a few more details courtesy of Netflix, including the teaser video above, along with some official photos.
Cobra Kai, the series continuation of the iconic The Karate Kid film franchise, returns for a sixth and final season, and it picks up with Cobra Kai eliminated from the Valley, with their senseis and students deciding if and how they will compete in the Sekai Taikai — the world championships of karate.
The end of a legacy deserves a GRAND FINALE. So they are giving us a whopping 15 episodes, to be released in three parts. Part 1 premieres on July 18, 2024. Part 2 premieres on November 28, 2024. And The Final Event comes in 2025.. hopefully sooner than later.
Yes, that’s an agonizing release schedule for sure, but I guess it makes it a bit easier to binge. Or you could just wait until 2025 and then watch it in its entirety. I’d prefer to wait till all of the episodes are out, but then I have to go around making sure nobody spoils it for me. Talk about some #FirstWorldProblems.
Either way, I’m stoked that Cobra Kai is getting an epic send-off like this, and I’m sure it’ll be worth the wait!
