John Allan’s Bodywash Moisturizing Cleansing Gel
Every winter, I’m plagued with dry skin. Because when temperatures drop, so does humidity levels. In addition, indoor heating strips even more moisture from the air — and your skin.
Another contributor to dry skin – Those long showers we love taking when it’s cold, which can dry out the natural oils in our skin more quickly.
After researching various options (lotions, humidifier, soft water, etc), I came across a product specially formulated for those suffering from dry skin.
John Allan’s Bodywash is a skin enriching, body cleansing gel that soothes and softens overly stressed skin. Green Tea Extract and Vitamin E work together to gently cleanse and moisturize while a special Alpha Hydroxy Acid blend of Lemon, Orange and Apple Extracts smoothes and tones the skin.
Desperate for some relieve from the itching, I gave it a shot. I found the bodywash gel to be neither too thick nor too thin, and it left my skin feeling clean and refreshed. It’s got a nice masculine scent that’s subtle but still noticable. Within a few days of using this, my dry skin situation started noticably improving!
The bodywash is a must for showers, and is said to work great as a relaxing soak as well. I might just have to try that tonight.
At $19 for a 12.6oz bottle, John Allan’s Bodywash isn’t exactly cheap. But it’s a small price to pay for the relief it’s given me! Try it for yourself, and I think you’ll agree.
