Remember That Ferrari Owner Who Drove Over A Policeman’s Foot?
Last August, Stephanie Pratt’s boyfriend, Line Snob app co-founder Julien Chabbott was arrested in New York City for allegedly driving his Ferrari 458 Spider over a police officer’s foot, following Chabbot’s attempts at avoiding a parking ticket. Thanks to a YouTube video shot by Damian Mory, who was just passing by, the incident received worldwide attention, racking up an impressive 16 million views on YouTube!
The video above shows the officer repeatedly putting his foot in front of the car’s front wheel. At the point where Chabbott was alleged to have assaulted the officer, the car doesn’t move an inch. Later in the video, the officer is seen pulling the driver from his car to arrest him, in a manner that was very heavy handed.
Chabbott finally appeared in front of the Manhattan criminal court on Thursday, where he was informed that prosecutors had dropped his misdemeanor assault case. Undeterred, a lawyer for the NYPD officer said that he would file a civil suit within 30 days.

Both were at fault. I heard Julien is being sued for $10 Million.

$10 Million?! Sorry, but this cop is as crooked as they come. I hope Julien wins and goes after the cop for the damage he caused to the Ferrari!
