Get excited people, because Jack Reacher is returning in the new year. Season 3 of Reacher is set to return on February 20 with eight new episodes, Prime Video announced Saturday.

For those of you who might not have watched it before, the show stars Alan Ritchson as Jack Reacher, a former military police officer who lives off the grid, helping various people he meets along his travels across the United States. It’s a fantastic, action-packed show that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

Season 1 was based on the first Reacher novel by Lee Child, “Killing Floor,” where Jack Reacher was framed for a small-town murder. The second season took inspiration from the 11th book in the series, “Bad Luck and Trouble.” The third season will follow the events of the seventh novel, “Persuader.”

“Reacher hurtles into the dark heart of a vast criminal enterprise when trying to rescue an undercover DEA informant whose time is running out. There he finds a world of secrecy and violence − and confronts some unfinished business from his own past,” the synopsis reads.

Maria Sten returns to the cast to play Frances Neagley, an elite soldier and one of Reacher’s only friends and allies. As Neagley, Sten will also headline a spinoff series at Prime Video. New additions to the Reacher season 3 cast include Anthony Michael Hall, Sonya Cassidy, Brian Tee, Johnny Berchtold, Robert Montesinos, and Daniel David Stewart.

The new season of Reacher will premiere on Thursday, February 20, 2025, with 3 new episodes. Subsequent episodes will drop every Thursday through March 27, 2025. (I hate that so many streaming services are rolling out episodes like this now, it sucks for serial bingers like me).

Reacher has already been renewed for a 4th season, with shooting to begin in 2025.
