Mike Tyson & Jake Paul Are Ready To Face Off In The Ring Next Month

Back in March, we told you that YouTuber turned boxer Jake “El Gallo” Paul would be facing off against “Iron” Mike Tyson, and that the match of the century would air on Netflix. The fight was originally scheduled for July 20, but due to a health issue with Tyson, it was pushed back.

Once Tyson was cleared to train again, the highly anticipated fight was back on, with Jake Paul and Mike Tyson set to square off in the ring at the 80,000-seat AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX on November 15, and streamed live globally, exclusively on Netflix.

With the fight a month away, Netflix has just released a trailer for the once-in-a-lifetime event that the world has been waiting for, and it looks pretty awesome!

“Everyone has a plan until they get punched in the mouth,” the announcer says. “There’s never been a night this big. This is no ordinary fight. This is Jake ‘El Gallo’ Paul, the disruptor, versus Mike Tyson, the Baddest Man on the Planet,” he continued as clips of the two fighters showed them in action and bragging about how great they are. “This is the fight the world’s been waiting for. What happens next? Only one way to know.”

And in anticipation of the big night, Netflix will be airing a 3-part documentary series called Countdown: Paul vs. Tyson, chronicling the two fighters’ journeys to the ring. Episodes 1 and 2 will drop on November 7, and Episode 3 will drop on November 12.
