If you live on the West Coast, you’re probably all too familiar with In-N-Out Burger, which first opened in 1948 at a hole-in-the-wall location in Baldwin Park, California, and slowly spread beyond California into Arizona and Nevada and most of the western states. Their burgers (and fries and milkshakes) are hugely popular with customers, and there’s even a secret menu for people in the know. When I’m in town, I always get an “animal style” burger.

Believe it or not, In-N-Out didn’t start out trying to create mega wealth through the franchise system or expanding into the global scene. Instead, it stuck to its founders’ Harry and Esther Snyder business plan of success through quality hand-prepared food. Now having passed to the third generation and the only grandchild of the Snyders, Lynsi Snyder, In-N-Out has made her a very wealthy woman, estimated by Forbes this year to be $3.6 billion.

As you can imagine, funded by the success of In-N-Out hamburgers, Lynsi Snyder can afford pretty much anything she wants. And that’s exactly what she did in 2012, purchasing a resort-like compound in Los Angeles’ exclusive gated community of Bradbury Estates from longtime MLB-star Adrián Beltré for $17.4 million. But after nearly 10 years here, she’s ready to move on to something else, listing the In-N-Out hamburger compound for sale for $16.8 million, this according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com.

Not your ordinary California hamburger-heiress home, Lynsi’s place comes with all the works and much more. The exquisite Mediterranean-inspired estate situated over 4 acres includes a 18,687-square-foot main house and a three-bedroom, two-bath guest house, along with a two-hole golf course, tennis court, basketball court, fitness center, 3,400-square-foot recreation center, and a six-car garage.

Built in 2010, the main house is comprised of eight bedrooms and 12.5 baths. Entering through a long-grand driveway into an elaborate foyer with an impressive double staircase, the public rooms include formal living and dining, a billiards room, lushly decorated home theater, wine room, a chef’s kitchen with double islands, custom cabinetry, and a separate prep/wok kitchen.

Outside, admire the stunning infinity-edge pool and beautiful cabanas with a dining area and a full outdoor kitchen. The whole backyard is surrounded by vineyards, fruit trees and lush manicured landscaping, making this the ultimate in relaxation and privacy. Throw in a few In-N-Out burgers, and this could be hamburger heaven!

The estate funded by In-N-Out Burger’s success is listed by Joseph Chiovare & Ronald Chang of Coldwell Banker Realty, Arcadia, California. So if you’ve got $17+ million burning a hole in your pocket, you should definitely contact the listing agents and take a tour to experience the luxurious lifestyle that you deserve.

Absolutely no detail has been overlooked, with everything you need to live an extraordinary life most can only dream of. Something tells me this once-in-a-lifetime estate won’t last long! Who knows, maybe you can even negotiate for free In-N-Out for life if you buy her house. 🍔
