Today is National Irish Coffee Day! You forgot? Worry not, we’ve got you covered with some recipes that are sure to spice up your ‘ole cup of joe and satisfy even the most discerning coffee purist.

Kilbeggan Classic Irish Coffee

1 1/2 parts Kilbeggan® Irish Whiskey
6 Parts Hot Coffee
1 tsp. Brown Sugar
Heavy Cream

To Serve: Combine Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey, coffee and brown sugar in a mug. Add heavy cream to taste.
 

Kilbeggan Orange Spiced Coffee

1 part Kilbeggan® Irish Whiskey
1/2 part DeKuyper® 03 Premium Orange Liqueur
1 tsp. Sugar
Orange Peel
Cloves
Cinnamon Stick
Whipped Cream

To Serve: Place the orange peel and cloves at the bottom of a mug. Add the Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey, orange liqueur and sugar. Stir with the cinnamon stick to combine. Top with whipped cream and garnish with orange rind shavings.
 

Kilbeggan Cloud Nine Coffee

1 part Kilbeggan® Irish Whiskey
½ part DeKuyper® Hazelnut Liqueur
½ oz. Chocolate Syrup
1 cup of Coffee
Whipped Cream
Chocolate Shavings

To Serve: Combine Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey, DeKuyper Hazelnut Liqueur, coffee and chocolate syrup in a coffee mug and stir to combine. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
