Words With Friends used to be my guilty pleasure.. But eventually, the cheaters out there sucked the fun out of the game, and I stopped playing it. Cheaters?

Yeah, there were tons of people out there using Scrabble dictionaries to amass HUGE scores, and it became pointless. So that raises the question about this screenshot below:

Is it real? And if so, did the person cheat, or are they just awesome at the game?
