2025 Polaris Slingshot Features New Look, More Power, Better Sound
If you’ve ever wanted to turn heads on the road, the 2025 Polaris Slingshot lineup is here to make sure you do just that. Celebrating ten years of three-wheeled adrenaline, Polaris has unveiled a fully redesigned front end, upgraded audio, and improved drivability for a next-level experience that keeps Slingshot at the top of the game.
“Ten years ago, we introduced a vehicle unlike anything else on the road. With three wheels and an open-air cockpit, the Slingshot has withstood the test of time and continues to stand out from the crowd with its one-of-a-kind style,” said Josh Hermes, Polaris Slingshot Vice President. “Since then, year-after-year, we have listened to our owners to continue to improve upon its style and design to deliver an elevated experience. And, in 2025, we’re bringing a fresh new look to the front end, upgraded features and even more options for personalization.”
A Fresh Face: Redesigned Front End
Slingshot’s new front-end design makes an immediate impact. The S model gets a sleek new fascia, while the SL steps it up with sportier graphics. The SLR model enhances its aggressive look with lower accent lights and wing-like details. And if you go for the top-tier R model, you’re getting a fully painted front end, a lower splitter, and an edgier take on the already menacing Vented Sport Hood.
More Power, Smoother Ride
Under the hood, Polaris has fine-tuned the Slingshot for an even sportier ride. A modest bump in horsepower and a broader torque curve mean better acceleration, while new tuning on the AutoDrive transmission makes shifting smoother and more intuitive.
Handling also sees an upgrade with improved suspension tuning, giving drivers better control and confidence. Plus, with an extra inch of ground clearance on the S, SL, and SLR models, the Slingshot is more road-ready than ever.
Bigger, Better Audio
For 2025, the Slingshot’s audio system gets a serious boost with all-new eight-inch speakers, delivering crisp, powerful sound. The Stage 2 Max Audio Package by Rockford Fosgate is standard on the SLR and R models and available as an upgrade for 2021 and newer Slingshots, bringing even more bass and volume to counteract road noise.
Personalization Like Never Before
Customization is key to the Slingshot experience, and the 2025 lineup offers more ways to make it your own. From upgraded lighting with XKGlow tech to premium paint and style add-ons, drivers can truly make their ride unique. New accessories include:
- Audio Upgrades: Upgrade to Light-Ready Speakers and a Premium Interior Light Kit for a dynamic light show synced to your music.
- Style Enhancements: Add custom-painted front fascia kits, LED accent panels, and more for a personalized look.
- Comfort Features: Choose an Excursion Top or Slingshade for extra sun protection without sacrificing style.
