Prankster Roman Atwood is at it again, and this time him and his buddy Vitaly use speakers to make it sound like they’re street racing, even though they’re driving REALLY slow. Of course, it doesn’t take long for them to get the attention of the LAPD, but lucky for them the 2 cops that pulled them over both had a sense of humor.
